Bookings & Payments

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 60 days before your departure date. All prices are quoted in USD and are per person unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: full refund minus 5% processing fee
• Cancellation 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost retained
• Cancellation within 30 days of departure: 100% of total trip cost retained

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation and medical emergencies.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make alterations to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, or other factors beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent experience.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for their chosen activity, have obtained any required vaccinations, and hold appropriate travel insurance including emergency medical evacuation cover.

Liability

Marvelling Tours & Safaris acts as an agent for accommodation providers, airlines, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from third-party services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services directly provided by us.
